Second Amendment

Thursday, December 10th, 2009

kids-todd-largeOn December 15th, 1791, along with the Bill of Rights, the Second Amendment was adopted into law.  There has been more disagreement on this part of our heritage than most any other piece of legislation created by our Founding Fathers.  This Amendment has been a lightning rod for those who wish to place the people at the foot of government and are intent on destroying this great nation’s liberties.  The Second Amendment needs to be protected and resurrected in many places across the country as a right and not a mere privilege.  I am fully committed to the defense of our Second Amendment and reestablishment of it as a right in our society.  I am committed to the right of every American to protect and defend themselves, their homes, and their families.

Expanding Gun Ownership Rights
